I’m Not a Healer — You Are
“You may have lost your way — but not your power.”
You, as a woman, are the healer.
Healing is an internal process. No one can give it to you.
The moment you believe healing comes from outside of you, you give your own power away — creating a gap between who you are today and who you truly want to be.
There are beautiful healers out there. I even work with someone who I still debate whether to call a mentor, coach, or spiritual guide (hi, Tiger!).
But I’m not a healer.
You Lost Your Way — But Not Your Power
Maybe you feel lost.
Lost in the busyness of life.
Lost in taking care of others first.
Lost in what society, culture, or family expects of you.
You may have lost your way — but not your power.
You want to reclaim your path, your voice, your own identity.
And my role as a coach? It’s not to heal you — it’s to help you give voice to how you see yourself, bringing your inner world into the open, where healing can begin.
Your Power, Not Mine
I would argue that when someone claims to heal you, they take your power away.
I don’t want to take your power — I want to help you step into it.
Maybe you’ve worked with people who positioned themselves as:
"I know, and you don’t. Let me tell you what worked for me — it will work for you."
That’s not how I work.
I don’t believe you need more information, more checklists, or more to-dos to somehow reach some magical place called "healed." Your needs, desires, and dreams are yours alone.
What you need is a way back to yourself.
My Role as a Coach
I don’t see myself as an expert in your life. You are.
I’m grateful to walk alongside my clients, not in front of them.
You have the map — I’m simply a guide, inviting you to explore different paths, look at roadblocks, and choose the direction that feels right for you.
I have my own lived experience — as a working mom, a stay-at-home mom, a single mom, someone who has navigated career transitions and reinvented herself.
But that’s my story, not yours.
I don’t know your truth. But I’m here to help you figure it out.
What Is Healing?
You might feel burned out, drained, disconnected from yourself.
And you long for more resilience, more ease, more peace.
So how do you heal?
What you experience in life is filtered through how you see yourself.
When you finally say out loud what’s been buried inside — how you see yourself, what’s in you, what makes you you — you create the space to ask:
Does this belief serve me?
Does this belong to me, or is it something I was taught to believe?
Do I want to keep this? Change this? Release this?
When you begin to understand why you experience what you do, you create the opportunity to heal.
And healing isn’t a magical moment — it’s an unfolding process.
Healing Starts With You
Being healthy is a way of saying, "I honor myself."
And before you can pour love into others, you have to heal your relationship with yourself first.
Because from that place — a place of truth, alignment, and self-trust — you can love and show up for others in a way that adds real value to the world.
P.S. If you’re feeling stuck, I’m offering a free Break Free from Burnout coaching session — a space for you to pause, reflect, and begin creating what’s next for you. You can schedule it here.
